Nigerians I hail o , do you know there certain things you find in Nigeria?   it only in Nigeria you will find politician that does his job as a governor of a state by paying workers and record it as an achievement . New Study “Moderate exercise just three times a week can take 10 years off your brain age, new study says”

A new study has found that exercising three times a week and eating healthily could reverse the mental decline of ageing by 10 years. The study conducted by researchers at Duke University Medical Centre in the US recruited 160 sedentary people with an average age of 65 who did not have dementia but had problems with decision-making and planning. The researchers divided the 160 participants into four groups. One did only the exercise programme, another did it alongside the healthy diet, while the rest did either the dietary component or received health advice phone calls. Those given only health advice declined by six months in three thinking-skills tests. All other groups improved, particularly those both exercising and eating well.     A quarter of the subjects did 35-minute sessions of walking, cycling or jogging three times a week for six months, while eating a healthy diet. From October This Country now gives Visa on arrival to all Africans

Ethiopia is to issue visa on arrival to all Africans starting Nov. 9, according to Fitsum Arega, chief of staff at the Ethiopian Prime Minister. In a press statement, Arega said the visa-on-arrival policy for fellow African visitors is in line with Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s vision of a closer and full integration in the continent. “Consistent with Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s vision of a closer and full regional integration in Africa, where minds are open to ideas and markets are open to trade, Ethiopia will start on arrival visa to all Africans starting from Nov. 9, 2018,” Arega said. NACA – 81,481 persons live with HIV in Ondo state Nigeria .

The National Agency for Control of Aids (NACA) has confirmed that no fewer than 81,481 persons live with HIV in Ondo state. Dr Sani Aliu, the Director-General of the National Agency for Control of Aids (NACA), made this known on Thursday when he paid a visit to Oba Victor Kiladejo, the Osemawe of Ondo, in order to seek the king’s support to mobilise his subjects for NACA survey in the area. The NACA DG, who was represented by Mrs Josephine Kalu, the Director of Resource Mobilisation of NACA, said that 10,000 persons out of the affected persons were on treatment. “Based on spectrum estimate we have, 81,481 persons that are living with HIV in Ondo State as at 2017 and out of the figure 10,000 persons are on treatment including 2,783 pregnant women. “Also, the estimate for new HIV infection is 5,439 persons,” he said.
